No. You can service at any qualified workshop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as it's done to manufacturer logbook spec with genuine parts. That's exactly how we service every car, and we stamp your logbook to prove it.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every service we carry out is backed by our own 1-year / 10,000 km workshop guarantee.
Do you service DSG and dual-clutch gearboxes?
Yes. We service dual-clutch boxes (DSG, S tronic, PDK), ZF and Aisin automatics, CVTs and manual transmissions, using the fluid and filter specified for your exact model and running the adaptation reset afterwards. If a gearbox needs specialist rebuild work, we tell you straight and quote the honest option rather than selling you a flush that will not fix it.
