Will servicing here void my factory warranty?
No. You can service at any qualified workshop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as it's done to manufacturer logbook spec with genuine parts. That's exactly how we service every car, and we stamp your logbook to prove it.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every service we carry out is backed by our own 1-year / 10,000 km workshop guarantee.
My battery keeps going flat. Is it the battery or something else?
Often it is not the battery. A parasitic drain, a failing alternator or a module that never goes to sleep will flatten a healthy battery in days. We test the charging system, measure the drain and trace it to the circuit causing it. If your car needs a new battery we also register and code it, which many European models require to charge correctly.
How do I know what it'll cost?
You'll get a clear quote before any work begins, and nothing gets done until you approve it. We fix what your car actually needs, with no upselling.
