Will servicing here void my factory warranty?
No. You can service at any qualified workshop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as it's done to manufacturer logbook spec with genuine parts. That's exactly how we service every car, and we stamp your logbook to prove it.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every service we carry out is backed by our own 1-year / 10,000 km workshop guarantee.
Do you issue the pink slip yourself?
The eSafety (pink slip) certificate is issued by an Authorised Inspection Station. We do the pre-inspection and the repairs: we check your car against the same items, give you a written list of anything that would fail, and fix what you approve. That way the inspection is a formality instead of a wasted morning.
How do I know what it'll cost?
You'll get a clear quote before any work begins, and nothing gets done until you approve it. We fix what your car actually needs, with no upselling.
